Therefore, negative zero sum game value conversely changes the 80% and 65% represented values. Actually from what I've seen, in my opinion, there's appears no real effort to rectify the personnel compliment conundrum, because sweet overtime, and or V-Time is at risk for existing craft employee compliment. Turf wars. Last I witnessed, 2013 Pick Up trucks, international vacations, and new Low Riders cost more that a 40 hour postal week can produce. So this is kind of an exercise in futility?? Right? And, management really does not want to change much that may result in their job's elimination. Let’s re-visit this once again.
